Ignite is a collaborative film built around the idea of access—both to the sport of mountain biking and to the sense of belonging it creates. The project explores what draws people to riding in the first place, regardless of skill level, and how that passion can be passed forward to those who face barriers to entry.

Created in collaboration with filmmakers Sean Mitchell and Derrick Fortin, the film supports Mutt Society’s mission to expand access to mountain biking for kids who otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity. Rather than focusing on performance alone, the storytelling emphasizes energy, community, and shared experience.

Ignite is less about individual achievement and more about collective momentum—using film as a way to encourage participation, generosity, and long-term impact within the mountain biking community.
